CORRECTIONS & UPDATES

Nobody is perfect. I certainly am not. That’s why I’m happy about everyone who reports errors in the book that I can correct here. Note: I am happy about the one who reports them, not about the mistakes themselves! (The first error, however, I found myself – while reading the Dutch translation – and I was not happy about myself).

However, sometimes there is an update as well. That’s probably due to the flow of time and we take them as they come.
